Therapy that helps you navigate
by your own star.

This is therapy for professional adults with ADHD and autism, and for the anxiety, depression, and burnout that tend to travel with them. Most of my clients have spent years steering by maps drawn for other brains. The work is finding the star that is actually yours and learning to hold a course by it. Twenty years of clinical work, direct and warm, online across Texas and in person in Dallas.

Who I help

Capable people get tired too.

Most of my clients are professional adults with ADHD, autism, or both. They are good at their jobs, often very good, and they have spent years running two operating systems at once: the one they were born with and the one everyone assumed they had. That second job is invisible, unpaid, and exhausting.

Almost nobody arrives carrying just one thing. Anxiety and depression are often the reason someone finally calls, and we treat them as real problems, not background noise. I also work with couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent. No diagnosis is required to start. If any of this sounds familiar, that is enough.

You never have to apologize for how your brain works here.

How I work

Direct and warm
are not opposites.

Logan Williamson in session

People who have been to therapy before often tell me this work feels different. I ask what it is like to be you, I am not shy about sharing my impressions, and we get to real work fast. I weave the best concepts from therapy together with ideas from neuroscience and other disciplines, because change that lasts comes from understanding why something works. Some sessions are working sessions: we take a problem from your week, figure out why your current approach keeps stalling, and build something you can test. Other sessions are for the heavier things, the anxiety, the depression, the week that went sideways. You are a person, not a productivity project.

I am also used to minds that jump. If you arrive with four topics and leave with a fifth, that is fine. You never have to apologize for how your brain works here. I have been seeing clients since 2005, so you will not spend your first month explaining what executive dysfunction is or proving your struggles are real.

You are clearly good at figuring things out alone.

But what would you do with the energy that takes?
